Kimberly is a native of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. After graduating from the University of Miami, she began a career in Commercial Real Estate, specializing in retail leasing. Over 6+ years in the industry, Kim worked at CBRE in New York City and Wheeler REIT in Charleston, SC.
Having grown up immersed in the world of financing, she decided to make the transition back into the family lending business in 2019. Kim now runs Business Development for Seacoast and is a Loan Officer in the states of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Florida. She brings with her the invaluable experience gained from working as a real estate broker for large corporations along with an innate passion for creativity.
