Richard Stelluto is a seasoned financial strategist with over 30 years of experience in startup financing and board-level leadership. He brings a unique combination of scientific expertise and capital-raising acumen to his role as a DSCR Specialist at Seacoast Mortgage Corporation.

Richard holds a Master of Science degree in Protein Biochemistry from Roswell Park Cancer Institute. He spent the early part of his career deeply involved in the biotech industry, playing instrumental roles in the launch and financing of two biotech startups. He later served on the boards of directors for two additional startup companies, where he helped guide capital structure, operational funding, and strategic growth initiatives.

Today, Richard focuses exclusively on serving real estate investors. He leverages his extensive background in asset-based financing to help investors maximize their portfolios through powerful, investor-friendly loan products — most notably Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans. With a deep understanding of cash-flow-based lending, Richard specializes in helping clients leverage their rental properties efficiently, often without the need for tax returns or personal income verification.
